Yes, a lot. We can use GF soy sauce and items like S&P Wings and Honey Walnut Prawns already are. Only big things that can't be modified to GF are Sweet and Sour, Spring and Duck Rolls, Pot Stickers. We have rice noodles as well. Our computer system has a modifier where the server can request GF.
